Portable Satellite Terminal

Warranty, Terms, and Conditions

1. Starlink Mini is not included. You must provide your own unit that you have purchased through Starlink or a reseller.

2. The PST is built to order in a first-in, first-out queue. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation with your estimated ship date. This date may vary depending on supply chain and manufacturing delays. If a specific ship date is needed, please contact us before you order so we can provide an estimated date for you.

3. The PST comes with a 90-day warranty against defects in parts and workmanship. Contact TPR ProComm for warranty issues and a resolution will be addressed as the individual circumstances require. TPR ProComm will not warranty for obvious misuse, physical damage, force majeure, or other issues that would go beyond parts and production irregularities. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

4. The PST is designed to provide long-term enjoyment with regular personal use. It is not designed to provide full-time uninterrupted operation, nor is it designed to provide critical infrastructure or service protection and is not intended for government agency use. TPR ProComm LLC will not be liable for this type of use, and can recommend alternative options if such use is intended.

5. Warranty is void if the cover panel is removed, the seals are broken, or any attempt is made to open the unit or do self repair. TPR ProComm may direct the buyer to open the unit and/or assist with remote diagnostics; in this case, we will provide an email documenting that this will not void the warranty.
